Permitting
We navigate the commercial permitting process through the City of Salem, Marion County, or other jurisdictions. Commercial permits involve building, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and fire safety reviews -- we manage all of them.
Construction
Our field team executes the build with regular progress meetings, detailed scheduling, and proactive communication. For occupied building renovations, we implement phasing plans that minimize disruption to existing tenants and operations.
Closeout
We coordinate final inspections, secure the certificate of occupancy, compile warranty documentation, and conduct a thorough walkthrough with you and your architect. We do not bill the final payment until punch-list items are resolved.
